Wildlife Park and Sanctuary

The Munda Wanga Wildlife Park and Sanctuary has a large number of animals, they are at Munda Wanga for different reasons, the one will be here for rehabilitation, the other will be here because he was found on the side of the road for sale.
Other animals are here as an Ambassador for their species. Like the Zebra and the Impala. They are less affected by the illegal pet trade, but more so to bush meat hunting. Therefore some individuals from these species are at Munda Wanga so that the school children that visit the Wildlife Sanctuary can see a live zebra, instead of seeing a picture.

The lessons that are attached to the different animals, encourage the children and the adults to conserve the environment around them.
